To protect, conserve, and wisely manage for use, the land around Second Lake.  Our original mandate included working to have the land designated as Park and this occurred in 2013. 

We have developed trails according to provincial and municipal guidelines and continue to find ways to have the public access the park for active outdoor recreation including fishing.
