The project will support ongoing enhancement work in Qamsipuk and repair work in Christmas Brook.  Since 2014, EFWC, through funding and planning assistance from Adopt-a-Stream and other partners, installed 11 pairs of deflectors.  In 2016, 3 pairs of deflectors were installed in Qamsipuk and structures were installed in Christmas Brook.  EFWC is applying for funding to complete the deflector phase of  the restoration plan for Qamsipuk and repair structures in Christmas Brook that were damaged during the October flood.
